Frenetic action; smooth visuals; full of scary moments; great online play.
Single player campaign is a bit short (and boring in some parts); story is convoluted and somewhat predictable; could use more interesting characters and environments; needs more puzzles to break up the fighting.
If youre looking for a new twist on an old genre, give F.E.A.R. a shot. Youll piss your pants with delight. Not for the faint of heart.
