If you need a high quality instrument interface that works with both Macs and Windows computers, the Forte by Focusrite takes a little getting used to, but it offers great sound quality and a striking design....
Striking aluminum design. Clean audio quality during recording and playback. Works with PCs and Macs. Colorful OLED display. Doesn't need breakout cable attached unless you're recording.
Requires AC power for recording with phantom power, which inhibits portability. Sound quality, while good, isn't quite class-leading. Only one headphone output
