  • There is some sort of promise of easy fitness with the Zip and products like it, a hint that by simply wearing it, you're going to shed pounds via ambient awareness of your movements and activity level. That's just not true. Having spent several years now
  • You snooze, you lose: This Fitbit doesn't do sleep tracking. You are so going to lose this sucker harder than a Pac 12 team playing in an SEC home game

  • You should probably buy it for someone else. Itd make a nice present for your mom or dad, and at $60, the price is right. That said, its hard to make a case for this thing over Fitbits own newly-announced Fitbit One, which has an altimeter, tracks your...

  • Affordable; tracks steps, distance and calories burned; up to six months of battery life
  • It doesn't track sleep or stairs climbed
  • The Fitbit Zip is still a great entry-level tracker for people that don't want to wear a wristband...

  • Zusammenfassung:  The Fitbit Flex is a cool-looking, lightweight wristband that tracks and monitors your daily activity and sleep patterns. It syncs with a desktop dashboard and mobile app to give you up-to-date activity data in gorgeous graphs. You can compete with Fitbit-using friends and even upgrade to a premium Daily Trainer service. I found the Fitbit Flex gave me added motivation to walk or run that bit further, and keep an eye on my weight and fitness activities. It’s addictive and fun, and if that gets you moving more and generally fitter and leaner it’s better for you than most other computing or mobile devices.....

  • Small, simple, display is ideal for the task, weatherproof
  • Pretty much nothing
  • It might lack the gloss of the Nike+ FuelBand, but the Fitbit Zip is simple, discrete and accurate. It extends beyond the simple tracking of steps through the Fitbit universe, making this part of a wider lifestyle choice....

  • The FitBit Zip is ideal if you want to join the life-logging brigade but can't or won't spend £80 upwards on an activity tracker. It's basic, but unless you really want sleep tracking or the stair-tracking features of Fitbit's other trackers, it's a barga...

  • Ideal for those who need gentle encouragement to get more active; can take account of different types of activity
  • Ironically, the potential for stat analysis on the dashboard could actually increase your screentime!
  • FitBit is ideal for the moderately active person, who doesn't want to be nagged about skipping Zumba class, but needs encouragement to be a little more active in their everyday life. Many people will find they're already doing quite a lot already

  • The Fitbit Zip is as adorably tiny as its name suggests. It weights just 8g, clipping onto your clothing, getting to work, and before you know it you’ve forgotten it’s there and you’ve clocked 8,000 steps already. The colourful little critter keeps track of your steps, distance covered and calories burned with remarkable accuracy, but it’s how it then shares them that really stands out.Though it’
  • Fitness nuts will immediately run up against the problems with the Fitbit Zip. Literally. Although it can judge steps and calories burnt, it can’t take elevation into account (so won’t praise you for traipsing up ten storeys every day) or the speed you’re moving at. And it flat out doesn’t work for cycling. It’s also missing a few features from the Fitbit One, including sleep tracking and a backl
  • The Fitbit Zip, despite its name, isn’t for fitness freaks. It’s useless for cyclists, and largely so for runners. But that low price tag and long battery life might just be enough to get couch potatoes up off the sofa. It’s a tiny, persistent gizmo de...

  • The Fitbit Zip is the most basic of their fitness trackers. I suppose if you like the Fitbit app/platform, want to connect with Fitbit friends and compete with them, then this is a lower cost entry route to the platform. It's also a good choice if you wan...
