Excellent sound for its size. SoundTouch app and presets are incredibly easy to use and set up. AirPlay support solves a lot of the potential problems of the app.

The sound is fantastic, it's great to use and it looks very nice as well.
No Spotify and more than six radio presets would be nice
If Bose can tie in music services like Spotify, then, for the first time, Sonos ought to be looking over its shoulder....
