All notebooks that can be charged via USB C generally use the same charging standard, USB Power Delivery. This allows, for example, a Dell XPS to be charged on an Apple MacBook Pro charger and vice versa. At the very beginning, when notebooks started charging via USB, there were some models where manufacturers tried to push through their own standards. Lenovo has done this on some, as has HP. But these devices are the exception! However, just because you bought a power bank with USB Power Delivery does not mean that your notebook will be charged on it, even if it supports USB Power Delivery. USB Power Delivery works with different voltages and different powers.
